Everything we supply is dedicated to the gluten free home brewer, every precaution has been taken to ensure there is no cross contamination with any gluten containing products.

Millet Malt
The millet used in the malts are naturally a gluten free product, it is malted in a dedicated and certified gluten free facility. The use of a Amylase Enzymes while mashing to convert starches into sugars to be fermented is recommended. 73 deg C/163.4 deg F is recommended by our supplier for mashing temp.

Buckwheat Malt
The Buckwheat used in the malts/roasts are naturally a gluten free product, it is malted in a dedicated and certified gluten free facility. The use of a Amylase Enzymes while mashing to convert starches into sugars to be fermented is recommended.

Rice Malt
The rice used in the malts are naturally a gluten free product, it is malted in a dedicated and certified gluten free facility. The use of a Amylase Enzymes while mashing to convert starches into sugars to be fermented is recommended. The rice is a grain with the haul intact so you would use approx 30% more than the millet malts to get the same gravity.

Adjuncts
The Candi Syrups, Sorghum Syrups, Flaked Quinoa and other adjuncts on the web site are all well known to be gluten free and safe to use for people with a gluten sensitivity and/or celiacs.
